Łucja Krzyżanowska PhD
I am a sociologist and researcher with nearly 20 years of experience in social and marketing research conducted on behalf of public institutions, non-governmental organisations, and commercial companies. I obtained my PhD in Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw under the supervision of Dr Anna Giza-Poleszczuk.
I completed postgraduate studies in Research Project Management at Łazarski University in Warsaw and the ECPR Summer School in Methods and Techniques in Ljubljana. I am also a graduate of the NGO Managers Programme run by the Academy of Civic Organisations Foundation.
For many years, I served as the director of research and consulting, as well as a member of the board, at the Stocznia Foundation. I am a member of the Social Dialogue Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
I am a qualitative researcher, but I am also very fond of quantitative research. I have extensive experience in moderating focus groups, creative workshops, research training, needs assessments, and evaluating social projects. I have supported numerous public consultations on urban space in Warsaw.
I share my practical approach to social research in classes I teach at SWPS University and the University of Warsaw.
