I am a sociologist, researcher, and project manager. I gained my first professional experience in research agencies, and then spent eight years managing marketing research in Central Europe, working on the client side in the strategic planning department.

Since November 2024, I have been supporting the team at the Warsaw Culture Observatory as a research and artistic project manager. I design research processes that can be put into practice.

I observe culture through research and photography. In my spare time, I enjoy mixing music tracks and podcasts, as well as hiking and climbing mountains.

At WOK, I am involved in the Warsaw Participation in Culture (WUK) research programme and the study of the cultural entities’ ecosystem. I am a quantitative and qualitative researcher. I conduct individual and group interviews and moderate workshops. I am experienced in testing concepts and advertisements, developing new products, and conducting tracking and segmentation research, as well as usage and attitudes research (U&A). I also have experience in ethnographic and social research.

In my research, I employ a creative yet strategic and systematic approach, involving end-users of research products from the outset.
