ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

IMPROVEMENTS

Contrast

The colour contrast of elements conveying content has a text-to-background brightness ratio of at least 4.5:1. Only large text and interface elements (site navigation) have a text-to-background brightness ratio above 3:1.

Page zoom

Page enlargement without loss of functionality is possible in web browsers using keyboard shortcuts or appropriate settings.

Photographs and graphics

Images and graphics relevant to understanding the content have alternative texts.

Multimedia

All video recordings have augmented subtitles. Some of the audio and video recordings have a transcription, but no audiodescription or translation into PJM. Most video recordings are created so that the narrator or character compensates as much as possible for the lack of audiodescription.

Moving without the mouse

The pages of the website can be navigated without the use of a mouse – only by using the keyboard via standard keyboard shortcuts.
