I am a community artist, director, theatre educator, playwright, activist and, researcher, as well as Deputy Chairperson of the Association of Theatre Pedagogues where I develop and implement creative, research, and artistic-social projects.

For four years, I worked at the Polski Theatre in Bydgoszcz where I was responsible for the Young Stage and directed productions bringing together young people, art school students and the theatre’s full-time actors (including Be Outraged!, Scarce, 89, Short Guide to Inequality: Poverty). I founded and ran the Theatre-Social Laboratory where I worked as the dramaturg and director of the plays A Course in the Safety and Hygiene of Society, Empathy, Island. We are all castaways and Lessons in Resistance. I directed and worked as a dramaturg on the plays Curaçao (Powszechny Theatre in Warsaw and European Solidarity Centre in Gdańsk) and State of Emergency (POLIN Museum and Powszechny Theatre). As part of the Epiphanie festival, I realised the performative project The Workshop of the Sources of Hope.

I run workshops and trainings and curate projects in collaboration with cultural and arts institutions in Poland and across Europe. I am a mentor and tutor of young artists, local leaders, and creative groups. I am a co-founder of the RESHAPE project for the development of the arts and culture sector. I work on the curatorial team of the Slot Art Festival programme. I cooperate on a regular basis with Krytyka Polityczna, the Association for Creative Initiatives ‘ę’, the School for Leaders Foundation, the Mazovian Institute of Culture, the Foundation for Rural Development, the Museum of Modern Art, and various theatres.

I was the recipient of an artistic scholarship from the City of Warsaw (2021) and the Ministry of Culture (2016).
