Jagoda Nowakowska
At the Warsaw Observatory of Culture, I am responsible for office coordination and accessibility. I feel most confident in administration and management, and particularly enjoy processing data in my beloved Excel tables.
My educational background is in economics, having graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). My adventure with culture began in 2009 when I joined the ticket sales team at the Teatr Rozmaitości Warszawa theatre and discovered my love for theatre. I currently work as an audience coordinator there. I have several years of experience working at the Krystyna Janda Foundation for Culture. Additionally, I spent over five years at the National Audiovisual Institute (now Filmoteka Narodowa – Instytut Audiowizualny) working as a producer of cultural events, and next as Head of the Events Organisation Team. My professional interests include broadly defined accessibility, audience development, green cultural institutions, and senior citizen policy.
On a personal note, I have three cats and support various animal charities.
