Karolina Pluta
I am a theatre educator, performer, coach, trainer, and chairperson of the Association of Theatre Pedagogues. I have been supporting cultural institutions, NGOs, activists and artists in their development for many years. I run workshops, conduct creative processes, and hold individual sessions. I am familiar with counteracting professional burnout, producing performances and designing and implementing social artistic projects. I combine education with art and use a variety of tools in my workshops, trainings and one-to-one sessions, including body work, improvisation, NVC and creative writing. I believe that we can all work with less. I am a graduate of the Laboratory for New Theatre Practices (Dramaturgy) at SWPS University and the International Summer School of Theatre in Social Context, run by Archa Theatre in Prague. I am a member of the collective Theatre-Social Laboratory within the Association of Theatre Pedagogues. I regularly cooperate with the Theatre Institute in Warsaw.
