Julia Sarzyńska

I was born in the capital where I also study social arts at the University of Warsaw. I graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with a Bachelor’s degree in Polish Philology with honours, but my heart told me to return to Warsaw. I would like to support WOK in a project related to cultural education. My experience is mainly in working with children (currently in the Museum of Modern Art as an educator) and I am planning to write my master’s thesis on the impact of nature on young children, so it is important for me to develop tools that will enable them to develop soft skills in people involved in education and culture. My involvement in the project is symbiotic — I learn more and more about the problems I am interested in and in return I offer practical knowledge, creative ideas and insights. Sometimes I enjoy analysing places with which I have had or still have strong links.
