PODCAST: How artists and researchers availed themselves of the Warsaw Observatory of Culture (WOK) 2024 residencies
In December 2024, we completed the second edition of the WOK residency, conducted in line with the motto ‘Break or Breakthrough’. During this residency, we supported the individual creative processes of 13 people (five of whom formed two collectives). We now give them the floor to talk about their experiences.
We asked our residents to recall the ideas, needs, and intentions they had when they started their residency at WOK and to tell us what happened to them during their journey, namely how they spent and used the residency, whether it enabled them to make a breakthrough or whether it was a necessary break for them, what their mood was, attitude, and energy they left it.
