Anna Majewska

I am a performing arts researcher, cultural studies scholar and independent curator. I co-create and facilitate art and research projects. I study at the Doctoral School of Humanities at the University of Warsaw. My research interests include the performativity of the body and matter, Anthropocene studies, issues of specularity in contemporary culture, and knowledge-making practices at the intersection of art and science. I am co-author of Look Around. Sense Around, Feel Around (Theatre Institute, 2023). I am currently working on a publication on artistic research in Poland as part of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education’s ‘Pearls of Science’ grant. I publish mostly in “Dialog” and “Didaskalia” magazines.
