Bogna Gawrońska-Nowak
I obtained my post-doctoral degree at the Faculty of International Economics at the Poznań University of Economics and my doctoral degree at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz. I am a scholarship holder and a trainee at European universities including: London School of Economics, Università di Padova, Erasmus University, and University of Glasgow.
I have been involved as a coordinator and an expert in numerous interdisciplinary research projects, including those carried out under the European Horizon Programme. I was a consultant to the European Commission Representation in Poland. I am a co-founder and expert of the international and interdisciplinary Supported Collaborative Research Network on ‘The Limits of EUrope: Challenging the Crisis of European Integration’ operating under the auspices of the University Association For Contemporary European Studies (UACES) based in London.
Since 2019, I have been working at the Institute for Urban and Regional Development, where I can pursue my passion as a methodologist and analyst of socio-economic phenomena by heading the EURDATA Department of Applied Social Sciences. Since 2023, I have carried out the mission of a citizen science ambassador assigned to me by The European Citizen Science Association (ECSA).
