Paulina Andruczyk

I am a cultural animator, theatre educator, coordinator of cultural and artistic projects, manager and producer, cultural scientist, and DJ. My work covers the empowerment of people working in cultural education and cultural animation. I manage programmes, design and deliver training, development and creative workshops, do project diagnoses and evaluations, support local communities and the development of leaders. I often combine education with the arts. I work with cultural institutions, theatres, and NGOs. I am currently working as a coordinator for programmes and strategic projects at the Staromiejski Dom Kultury culture centre in Warsaw.
