I develop organisations and support teams as a facilitator, trainer and coach. I like to use agile methods, which allow me to maintain a balance between efficiency and development. Sociocracy is particularly important to me, as this model of organisation is consistent aligns with my values of equality and responsibility. I have worked as a curator in the arts for many years. This experience allows me to draw on my ability to organise creative processes and design aesthetically interesting learning situations.
