Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art, the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute, and the Warsaw Observatory of Culture (WOK) invite you to the event “Mobile Artists: How to Support Artists on the Move” on 25 April at 14:00. The event will take place in a hybrid format: on-site at the cinema hall of Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art (Jazdów 2, Warsaw) and will be streamed live on YouTube. Protected: Badanie ekosystemu warszawskich instytucji kultury – relacje, procedury i kultura pracy
To, że instytucje i podmioty kultury w Warszawie nie istnieją w próżni – jest oczywistym stwierdzeniem. Jednak zrozumienie krajobrazu, jaki tworzą oraz ekosystemu, w jakim funkcjonują: a więc własnych, wewnętrznych uwarunkowań oraz sieci relacji z innymi podmiotami, w jakich się znajdują – wymaga pilnej i wnikliwej analizy. Badanie ekosystemu warszawskiej kultury rzuca nowe światło na współpracę, tożsamość oraz potencjały instytucji kultury w mieście. W szerszym kontekście, badanie tworzy lepszy grunt do eksploracji pojęcia odporności instytucji kultury: bardziej systematycznego uchwycenia, czym jest odporność w sektorze kultury w Warszawie oraz rekomendacji, w których kierunkach powinna się ona rozwijać/wzmacniać.
